- We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, as all items are freshly prepared.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are considered only for damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items.
- Our team will verify the issue and may request a photo as proof.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Replacements
- For damaged or incorrect orders, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.
- Replacement items will be delivered as soon as possible, usually within the same day or the next day.
4. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

5. Important Notes
